The 2009 Arlington Real Estate Review & Forecast |
On March 6, Arlington Economic Development and the Arlington Real Estate Committee will hold the annual Real Estate
Review and Forecast. Join area developers, real estate brokers and business leaders for a comprehensive review of
how the Arlington real estate and business markets performed in 2008 and how they stacked up against the region.
This year's theme, "Partly Sunny with a Chance for Growth" will address how Arlington is expected to perform given
the current real estate market and our broader national economic environment.
The event will begin at 7:30 a.m. with a continental breakfast and exhibits from over a dozen sponsors. At 8:30, Terry
Holzheimer, Director Arlington Economic Development will present the 2008 statistical overview and the
2009 forecast and market activity for office, residential, retail and major development projects. Questions and
answers will follow.
The event will take place at the Kettler Capitals Iceplex, 627 N. Glebe Rd., 8th Floor (Kettler is located atop the
Ballston Common Mall Parking Garage), Arlington, VA. Registration is $35; sponsorships are available, which
include exhibit space at the event, two attendee registrations and advertisement/recognition at the event.
