Just the Facts:

  • Located on a 2.16 acre site at the foot of the Key Bridge, Waterview will be comprised of two 300' high towers designed by the famed architectural firm of Pei, Cobb Freed and Partners. It is adjacent to Potomac Tower, which was executed by the same architect a decade earlier, and extends the curvature of the earlier façade along the Potomac River.
  • The glazed three-tier office towers include a 24-story office tower and a 29-story tower featuring 185 luxury apartments and a 160-room boutique hotel.
  • The buildings will be joined by a terrace at the fourth-floor level that will offer retail, restaurants and sweeping views of the Potomac River and the Nation's Capital.
  • The entire office portion of the project has been pre-leased to Corporate Executive Board (CEB).
