  • The 300-foot-tall, 26 story residential tower on the site of the Best Western Hotel Rosslyn will include 337 condominium units and 4,400 square feet of retail space.
  • The tower offers one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom residences priced from the $800,000s to more than $4 million. They range in size from over 1,500 to over 6,000 square feet and feature views from Key Bridge to Georgetown and sweeping vistas of the Potomac River.
  • Approved originally in June 2001 for 176 luxury condominium units, it was modified in June 2004 to current facilities.
  • Turnberry Tower is being created in Arlington County’s emerging downtown Rosslyn by South Florida-based Turnberry, Ltd., one of the country’s leading real estate development firms.
