  • Comstock Potomac Yard, LC is building for two 11-story buildings with approximately 479 residential condominiums and 80,000 square feet of ground floor retail space at the southernmost part of Potomac Yards (next to Crystal City) on a formerly abandoned railroad yard.

  • The mixed-use complex of retail, office and residential will be released in two phases: the West wing's schedule of delivery is Winter 2006-2007 with the East wing sometime in 2007.

  • Center Park represents one of the first "green," new speculative office building projects in the Washington, DC area. The project has earned LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Green Building Rating System® Gold for New Commercial Construction (NC) certification. More information.

  • Comstock Homes is developing the Eclipse on Center Park Condominiums which will include approximately 475 luxury condominium residences in both towers. The East Building, which was 75% pre-sold as of May 2005, will contain 246 residential units while the West will contain 229 units. Condominiums range of choices from studio to 1 bedroom, 1 bedroom & den penthouse, two 2 bedroom & den penthouses, and 3 bedroom. Prices range from mid-$300's to over $1.3 million. More information.

  • Market Square on Center Park includes 80,000 sq.ft of retail space. Tenants include a 50,000 square foot Harris Teeter grocery store, Quizno Sub, Bank of America, Z Pizza and more.

  • Most of the office space of the east building has been leased to the Environmental Protection Agency (almost 700,000 square feet).

  • A total of 595 parking spaces are provided for the residential portion at a ratio of 1.24 parking spaces per unit. The retail parking will consist of 345 spaces at a ratio of 1 space per 232 square feet of retail space. Additional on street parking will also be provided.

  • A transit stop is planned at the main entrance to Market Square on Center Park along S. Glebe Road. A commuter bus station will be opening onsite in time to be used by the first customers of the retail establishments. Public gathering spaces designed for the main square will include areas for outdoor restaurant seating, outdoor entertainment areas, interactive fountains, professional landscaping and a playground for young children.

  • Market Square on Center Park will be surrounded by and millions of square feet of existing office development, and more then 2,000,000 of new office development including the National Gateway (commercial) and Camden Potomac Yard (389 rental units).
