  • This is the second of eight phases of the Metropolitan Park project being developed and managed by Kettler, Inc.
  • Ultimately the project will include 10 buildings ranging between 2,282 and 3201 apartment units with 100,000 square feet of retail and open space. Phase I ( 399 rental units and 11,300 square feet of retail area) is substantially complete and ready for occupancy.
  • Metropolitan Park is a 16 acre site where warehouse once stood. It is located near Pentagon City.
