  • Greg and Susie Cahill, owners of Whitlows on Wilson, are partnering with Jon and Bethany Williams, their son and daughter in law, on Restaurant 3, which offers an upscale dining atmosphere with an affordable priced menu.

  • Executive Chef Brian Robinson trained under Terrell Danley, Executive Chef of Cream, and Darrell Hughes, former Executive Chef, Georgia Browns and Paolos Restaurant.

  • John Donnelly serves as General Manager relocating back to Virginia from South Carolina where he served as General Manager of the Four Diamond rated Veranda Restaurant located in Charleston, S.C.'s historic The Beaufort Inn.

  • Architects for the project are MTFA Architecture, Inc..

Highlights:

  • The menu features an eclectic American cuisine with some regional accents. Menu items of interest include:
    • Appetizers: Grilled Brie with fresh fruit; and Scallop and Grits with Asiago Grits, Tasso Ham
    • Entrees: Duck Breast with sweet potato hash; Bone in Filet with a risotto tater tot; and Fresh Fish from Hawaii
  • Their beverage program focuses on an extensive list of New World Wines (by the bottle and glass) and American Eclectic Draft Beer.
  • Restaurant 3 is smoke free.
  • Patio seating is available.
