Just the Facts:

  • Approved by County Board in 2005. Construction began Summer 2007
  • Total project size: 507,735 square feet including 252 units (14 affordable units; nine of which are off site)
  • Total project cost: $88.5 million
  • Project features an 11 story residential tower with 217 rental units built atop a below grade three level parking garage
  • Units range in size from 1100 to 2400 square feet
  • High rise tower exterior: glass, brick precast, concrete and masonry
  • Twenty four stick built brick townhouses, four duplex units, and seven plank townhouses built atop a one level parking garage - these 39 units for sale
  • Two of three buildings that were part of Quality Inn demolished to make way for new development
